- Cheyenne MI recently had my first Sauna session at Anya's and oh my goodness, it is such a lovely experience! First of all, her studio is clean and super adorable. It is a very cozy atmosphere! And then the Sauna itself is amazing. I did a 40 minute session and I walked away feeling like a got a full body massage, muscles and mind completely relaxed! Don't hesitate to book an appointment. I can't wait for my next session!
- Erica MI have been doing Anya’s Pilates class over zoom for a full month now and feel qualified to give a review. I love the class! I do the 7:30 am class every morning and it has given me a good structure to my days. I also have way more energy and less pain on the days I do Pilates. I work from home and on the days I do her class I feel way more happy, calm and focused and have been able to crush my business goals this past month. I also see my strength increasing exponentially. She challenges you and keeps an eye on all her students, even over zoom. I feel individualized attention and can see my improvement. I also love the live beach classes. - Lisa LAnya is focused, attentive, and very positive. She is an excellent pilates teacher constantly vigilant and giving help to her students. She understands how the muscles work and explains things well to get the most out of class. I highly recommend her.
